Use the service lawfully
Only create or share assessments you are authorised to operate. Respect privacy, intellectual-property, employment, education and equality obligations that apply to your organisation and participants.
Do not collect inappropriate information
Do not ask participants to submit passwords, payment-card details, bank details, health information, government identifiers or unrelated sensitive personal data in answers. Keep identity collection proportionate to the stated assessment purpose. Public self-serve workspaces must not invite children under 13.
Do not harm people or the service
Do not use TestSetGo for harassment, discrimination, deception, phishing, malware, surveillance or unlawful profiling. Do not probe, overload, bypass or interfere with access controls, limits, grading records or another customer’s data. Do not help another person do so.
Protect participants
Explain why you collect answers, name a support contact, use an appropriate identity mode and release results fairly. Review generated questions before publishing. TestSetGo may restrict or remove a test where a credible report shows a safety, privacy or legal risk while preserving the evidence needed to review the report.
Report a concern
Participants can use “Report this test” on the disclosure or attempt page. During private beta, creators should use the support channel in their invitation for account or service concerns.
