The participant directory

One tidy directory of everyone you test

Add participants once and reuse them across tests. Group them by cohort, record custom fields like employee ID, and import a list from CSV.

  • Groups for cohorts, teams or intakes
  • Custom fields for the details that matter to you
  • CSV import with a preview before you commit

Invitations you can track

Invite by email and follow every step

Each participant gets a link that is theirs alone, so you can see who opened it, who started, and revoke it when needed.

  • One personal link per participant
  • Status tracking: pending, sent, visited, started, completed
  • Rate-limited reminders and one-click revocation

Identity and attempts

Ask for as much identity as the test deserves

Match the identity check to the stakes: anonymous, a name, or a verified email. Attempt and retake policies are set per run.

  • Anonymous, named or verified-email identity
  • Attempt and retake policies set per run
  • Outcome policy decides which attempt counts

What you can do

Everything you need to run a cohort

Groups

Sort participants into cohorts, teams or intakes and invite a whole group at once.

Custom fields

Store the identifiers you rely on, such as employee ID or department, on each participant.

CSV import

Bring in a list from a spreadsheet, preview the column mapping, then create everyone.

Status tracking

Every invitation shows where it stands: pending, sent, visited, started or completed.

Reminders

Nudge anyone who hasn't finished, with rate-limited reminders so nobody is pestered.

Revoke access

Cancel an invitation and its personal link stops working immediately, if someone leaves.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do participants need an account to be managed?

No. Participants never create accounts; they open their invitation link or enter a code and start. You decide whether to collect a name or require a verified email.

How do email invitations work?

Each participant gets an invitation link that is unique to them. You can watch it move through pending, sent, visited, started and completed, and remind anyone outstanding.

Can I import a list of people?

Yes. Import from a CSV file, with a preview of how columns map to name, email and your custom fields before any records are created.

Can I stop someone from taking a test after inviting them?

Yes. Revoke their invitation and the personal link stops working straight away, handy if a person leaves a cohort or a link is shared where it shouldn't be.

Can people retake a test?

That's up to you. Attempt and retake policies are set per run, so a practice quiz can allow several goes while a formal assessment allows one.

Will participants be spammed with reminders?

No. Reminders are rate-limited, so a participant can't be sent the same nudge repeatedly.
