For L&D & enablement teams

Training your own workforce, measured properly

You already maintain the material: handbooks, playbooks, process guides. TestSetGo turns each one into a check you run for every team you train.

Turn course material into module tests

Upload the deck or handbook for each module and review drafted questions, each citing its source.

How drafting works

Run the same programme for every intake

Each team, site or cohort gets its own run, so results stay separate and comparable.

Show managers what stuck

Per-question accuracy and common wrong answers tell you what to coach, not just who passed.

Train in any language

Questions draft in the language of your material, and staff take tests without creating accounts.

Programme structure

One test per module, one home for all of them

Keep the whole programme in a workspace: onboarding, product knowledge, process training, the certification at the end. Publish each module's test once, then open a fresh run whenever a team needs it. When the product or process changes, update that one module and the rest stand.

  • A test per module, organised in one workspace
  • A fresh run per team, site or intake
  • Update a module without rebuilding the programme

Your people

Know where every employee stands

Keep staff in a directory grouped by team, site or intake, with custom fields like role and start date. Invite a group by email, watch who has started, finished or needs a nudge, and require a verified email when a result must belong to a named person.

  • Directory with groups and custom fields
  • Email invitations with live status and reminders
  • Verified-email identity when it matters

Evidence

Reporting managers take seriously

Each run shows completion, average and pass rate, plus per-question accuracy and the wrong answers people chose. Export it to CSV for the training record, and issue verifiable certificates when a module doubles as an internal certification.

  • Completion, average and pass rate per run
  • Per-question accuracy across the group
  • CSV export and verifiable certificates

How it works

From material to a measured programme

  1. 01

    Build the modules

Draft a test from each module's material, set pass marks, and keep the set together in your workspace.

  2. 02

    Run it per team

Invite each group from the directory, or share a link or QR in the session, with rules per run.

  3. 03

    Report and coach

Send managers the pass rates and problem topics, then re-run a module after the follow-up.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do staff need accounts to take a test?

No. They open an invitation link, enter a code or scan a QR code and start. You decide how much identity to collect, from a name to a verified email.

Can I organise tests as a course or programme?

Keep a test per module in your workspace and open runs as each team reaches that module. Each test reuses across every intake, and each run keeps its own results.

We train in French, Spanish and German. Does that work?

Yes. Questions draft in the language of the material you upload, and participants take the test in that language. Any language works, not just English.

What do I show managers or leadership?

Each run's dashboard has completion, averages, pass rates and per-question accuracy, and everything exports to CSV. It shows what the group understood, not only who attended.

Can several trainers share the same programme?

Yes. A workspace can have several members, so trainers share the same tests, runs and staff directory rather than keeping private copies.

Can we run internal certifications?

Yes. Set a pass mark, limit attempts to a single sitting and require a verified email, then issue branded certificates with a public verification link and QR code.
