What counts as a completed response?
One submitted attempt at one test. If someone opens a test but never answers anything, the attempt expires and its slot is released back to your allowance.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
Your dashboard warns you at 80% and again at 100%. Anyone already mid-test always finishes — only new starts pause. Paid plans also include a grace buffer of extra responses, so a busy day never cuts you off abruptly.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes, from your billing page whenever you like. Downgrading or cancelling never deletes your tests, results or participants — you just return to the free plan's limits.
Do annual plans work differently?
You pay for ten months and get twelve, and the full year's response allowance is available from day one — useful when your testing is seasonal rather than steady.
What is a response pack?

Do participants need seats or accounts?
No. Seats are only for creators who build and manage tests. Participants open a link, enter a code or scan a QR code and start — no account, ever.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No card and no trial clock. You get 75 completed responses a month, three AI-generated tests to try and unlimited manually written tests.
