No. Participants open their invitation link or enter a code and start. You decide how much identity to collect: anonymous, a name, or a verified email when a result must be tied to a specific person.
Can I import our staff list?
Yes. Import participants from a CSV file. A preview shows how columns map to name, email and your custom fields, so you can check everything before records are created.
How do I keep evidence for an audit?
Each run keeps completion, scores and pass rates, and manual grading records who marked what against a frozen guide. Export participants and answers to CSV.
Can I track who still needs to complete a check?
